The first room assigned had a leak, with the carpet wet near the closet and writing table. After changing rooms, the new room was in good condition. However, both check-in and check-out had some delays due to a shortage of staff.

The room are small but everything a business travel need they have, the only issue is the room internet speed are slow till affect my online meeting. The bed are comfortable to sleep and the room do not have any unpleasant smell that are my main concern.

Great location next to a huge mall. Buffet breakfast spread was very good too. Very value for money. There is no gym but ok for me. Room size is reasonable too. There was a nice handwritten note on the table too. I also like that there is water cooler to fill your water bottle and jug to go green.

The hotel room is small but conveniently located. We were satisfied with a good sleep and a good shower. But on the way home after checking out, I realized that I had left my mobile phone charger in the room. I hurriedly called the hotel service phone number 6017-6894940, but I didn't get any response whether I called or left a message on WhatsApp, which made me very disappointed and greatly discounted.
