Excellent location just next to the mall and lots of restaurants for food Good service and great buffet breakfast too Clean and worth staying if you want want to go shopping

The location is excellent as always. Only now they charge RM5 per entry for the parking. Grab is quite convenient though. The hygiene of the hotel needs to improve. Towers and bed sheets are old that need replacement.

Short walking distance next to Midvalley and Garden Shopping mall. Cute "merdeka origami" , a lovely way to add festive touch to the room. Creative way to celebrate National Day.

This marks my fourth consecutive year returning to Cititel for the annual Merdeka Chess Competition. The hotel consistently provides a pleasant experience, and I always achieve a restful night's sleep. I highly recommend this establishment and anticipate my return for next year's tournament.

Overall was good compared the price given.location are convenient and parking accordingly depending on crowds and usually check in after 6pm No so heavy traffic.

Great location with lots to do and shop. Hotel itself is rather old, not exactly spotless squeaky clean but overall acceptable.

I arrived just after midnight and checked into my hotel room. The bathroom was in a mess. I was too tired to address it. I nevertheless showered and went to bed. Next morning I took a photo of the bathroom and took it to reception and they said they will get it cleaned. It was gross. The aircon throughout my 6 day stay was very noisy like a motorcycle in the room. The bed linen was smelling. I asked for it to be replaced. The only plus point for the hotel is it’s location.

This is the second time we stayed in the hotel due to the location very conveniently link to the mid valley megamall and the gardens mall. There are a lot shopping and dining place. The hotel room provides all amenities and is very clean. Will return to book the hotel whenever we come to KL.

Stayed for 2 nights and the location was great, direct access to midvalley and gardens. The room is clean and comfortable as well, comes with glass bottle for you to refill and hydrate throughout your stay with is really thoughtful. Some downsides are there isn’t a gym and the entrance to the hotel can smell of cigarettes (might be a common smoking area). Otherwise I am still pretty happy with my stay.
