Wyndham Suites KLCC

The location is right behind the Imperial Hotel, but it's on a small hill, so you have to go all the way around to get to it. The room was indeed quite spacious, feeling like a small apartment in China, with a kitchen, a large island counter, and high-legged dining chairs. The pool was also relatively large. BUT! Here's the catch, the hygiene was just average. As soon as I entered the room, I found stains on the pillows in the small room and on the bedsheets. I immediately called someone to replace them. Later, I discovered stains on the main bed as well. Luckily, I brought my own disposable items.

Overall, a pretty bad experience. The room size was decent, and it had a Twin Towers view. The location is on a hill, and getting a taxi in KL isn't always smooth. Walking anywhere means at least a kilometer. Remember to bring a universal adapter. I booked for 3 nights, and the most terrifying thing was on the second afternoon when someone suddenly burst into the room, saying we should check out, along with the message in the picture. The front desk didn't speak Chinese, and after a long conversation in broken English, the gist was that they'd made a mistake. And that was it – no apology (and they seemed quite impatient). It's hard to imagine what would have happened if there had only been one person or no one in the room at the time. When booking, I looked at issues with many other hotels before choosing Wyndham (at least it's a big chain). Now, I feel like the other hotels might have been better.

The hotel's location is right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city center, just a 12-minute walk to Pavilion. The room has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it very spacious, and it even offers views of the iconic Petronas Twin Towers.

The night view is great, and the room is clean, spacious, and offers an excellent view of the Petronas Towers at night.
