Was ok, did find brown stains on the towels which was gross. Most places are about a 15 to 20mins walk away.

Located near the KLCC area with major shopping malls like Suria KLCC and Pavilion about 15 minutes walk away. The only catch is that it is located up on a hill so I would not recommend towing your luggage up the hill yourself. Better grab a taxi if you have luggages. This is a brand new serviced apartment building with a beautiful swimming pool. Daily housekeeping is excellent. Room is spacious. It even has a kitchen and washer/dryer suitable for extended stay.

I love this place! It has all the features I want, self check in, swimming pool, kids playground, near twin towers, pavilion shopping mall and the Central Park. Will definitely come again!

Very good swimming pool with jacuzzi. Apartment unit size is good with 2 rooms. Recommended for family :)

Location: It's situated near to KLCC hence you can see the Twin Towers from the window (depending on which stack of building you are). Only the first stack of the building can see one of the twin tower. While the hotel/service apartment is situated near to KLCC and also looks very close on the map, it's not very convenient to walk from/to KLCC as there are private properties situated next to each other and there's no short cut to access hence you need to take the loop as the cars to get to the hotel. I should also mention that there's buggy service (weather dependent) to take you to the downhill and shuttle service (only twice a day, 11am and 4pm) to take you to various locations in KL (ie Chinatown, Pavilion). Room: I booked the 2 bedroom apartment (+2 bathrooms) and I was disappointed to see the size of the second bedroom. The second bedroom was so tiny that the moment you open the door, you have ready reached the end of the bedroom. In addition, there's no window as well. Otherwise, the master bedroom was perfect (in fact huge) and a nice view to see the twin tower out of the window. I must mention that there seems to be sewage problems in the hotel as there's a stench that comes out of the bathroom when not in use. It could be the ventilation or sewage issue. The stench (especially coming out from the common bathroom) was so unbearable that there cannot be anyone sleeping in the second bedroom, it's a complete misery to be sleeping in a bedroom that stinks so badly. I complaint to the front desk and they got the maintenance guys to do some treatment (spraying perfume to cover the stench). While the apartment looks nice and comfortable, the stench is something that is so unbearable and gross that I won't go back again.

Wonderful vacation with children, kitchen is good, beds are comfortable, nice scenery. But toilet stinks big time, tv programs are boring and crossing the road downhill to KLCC is dangerous..

Definitely value for money. Do note that the extra single room is small without windows.

A bitter disappointment! Firstly the good aspects: The room was very spacious and I was impressed by the quality and selection of the breakfast. Otherwise, the hotel unfortunately has little to do with the Wyndham chain and there is considerable room for improvement. The staff are usually helpful, but often totally overwhelmed and unprofessional. For example, the breakfast was good overall, but the staff should always be asked to replenish the meals. They didn't come up with the idea on their own. The gym is partly not functional, there is a risk of injury when using the treadmills. The lifts are also partially broken. The hotel is also a bit out of the way, there are no shopping facilities or restaurants in the immediate vicinity. All in all, it is far from the five stars promised and we are very disappointed. We would not stay there again.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was very clean n comfy, love the view, nice swimming pool. Breakfast is simple and the staff in the restaurant were helpful

Nice Place to stay. This is my second time staying here. Thank you for the team preparing for my wife birthday suprise. (Aircond need to clean regularly) other than that all great.

My family had a wonderful experience at this hotel (Room 29-11). Every staff member we encountered, from the security to the check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. Its location is about 10 mins walk to the Pavilion shopping mall. The 2 bedrooms suite, which we stayed for 6 days, was very spacious. Good for my kids to play around. The beds were also very comfy. The infinity swimming pool is beautiful where you can catch a view of the Petronas Twin Towers. Parking at the hotel was also free and easy for guests who drive. There are two things that the hotel can improve on during breakfast time. Firstly, is to include more food varieties especially the fruit juice and pastries area. Secondly, throughout our stay there, we observed that the breakfast dining area was understaffed. There were only two staff working at a time. They were multi tasking from welcoming guests to the breakfast dining area, topping up the food, cooking the customized guests' eggs orders to cleaning the breakfast tables. We hope that the hotel will deploy more staff at the breakfast area so that guests can be attended to promptly. Other than that, nothing can fault the hotel. The hotel is great and we will definitely stay here again for our family vacation. Thank you 8 Kia Peng Suites for your great hospitality.
