Overall ok. Check-in & arrival was smooth and check-in took under five minutes. Front desk staff were friendly and professional, offering a quick overview of amenities and dining hours. A minor wait during peak afternoon hours, but nothing unreasonable.

Centrally located with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was spacious, and the decor was simple and modern, upholding Fraser Group's consistent quality. Parking costs 18 RM per entry; although it's a multi-story car park, an attendant guides you, making it easy to park. Recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang. The location is excellent. Walking distance to both Pavilion and TRX. There are a number of eateries in the area. Room is also clean and big. Hotel also has facilities such as pool, gym and a play room. We will definitely stay here again.

Service: The service is excellent. The front desk and security staff always greet me when I come and go. I've been staying here for almost a month, so we're all pretty familiar with each other now.

Wonderful hotel, very nice, spacious and clean rooms. Delicious breakfast with a wide selection (great coffee). The infinity pool on the 40th floor is a significant plus.

fantastic location, right next trx mall and pavillion, lots of food and shopping. Easy to access mrt if you want to go around city. Easy for grab to get to and from.

Clean room & good beddings. Amenities are of good quality. Probably will enjoy a drink next time at lobby 40th floor, great view.

We used to stay this hotel many time whenever we travel to KL and the location is very strategic it’s very near to TRX Bukit Bintang and the breakfast included is super yummy

Check-in was easy and fast. Only thing that requested high floor was unavailable due to other group booking. Breakfast spread was wide and good.

The room layout is quite reasonable, and the bedding and lighting are good. It's very convenient to have direct drinking water available! The deposit refund, which I was worried about after reading some reviews, also went smoothly. The only thing was that check-in at the front desk was quite slow.

I had a pleasant stay at Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang and overall, the experience was very good. Check-in was fast and smooth. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, I did have a slightly unpleasant experience with one of the male reception staff. He appeared rather serious and unapproachable. I smiled at him, but unfortunately, he did not smile back. Hopefully, the hotel can continue to improve the warmth and hospitality of all front desk staff. The swimming pool is one of the highlights of the hotel. It is beautiful, well-maintained and definitely a great place to relax. The lifts are also very fast, which is a big plus, especially during busy periods. I did not have to wait long for the lift. Another lovely touch was receiving a surprise cake from the hotel. The cake was delicious, and I really appreciated the thoughtful gesture. It made my stay feel even more special. ❤️ For parking, the rate is RM18 per night. The hotel uses an automated multi-storey parking system, which is convenient and interesting to use. Overall A very nice hotel with a great pool, fast lifts, convenient automated parking and thoughtful service. Apart from the slightly unfriendly encounter with one reception staff member, everything else was enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again.

It's only 5-min walking distance to TRX, with a dedicated pathway. Definitely a great location!
