Pacific Express Hotel Central Market Kuala Lumpur

Excellent location. Near by the petaling street. Aircon, toilet and room were very clean Wifi was quite stable. But the plug point is in a very weird location. In the middle of the of the bed. Strange Also very near to the central market for shopping and food.

Sound-proofing of the room is very poor. I stayed in a room that is very near to the elevator. My sleep was interrupted at least three times by the sounds of the elevator opening and closing, the sounds of the doors of the neighbouring units opening and closing, and the sounds of people walking in the corridor. The rest is fine for the price.

My room lock is broken and I sent up and down thrice before getting my room changed. The door shuts loud and my sleep was disturbed by door slamming and guests loud talking at different times throughout the night. Not recommended if you want to have a good rest.

Overall my stay at Pacific Express Hotel Central Market was perfect.(except the water heater is not function well, water flow hot for a while then cold again rm8521), other than that the room is spacious, with small refrigerator, nothing to compare with such nice room and reasonable price. The unrivaled location, convenient dining choices combine to create a truly wonderful living experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, and I will definitely choose to stay here again. Room is perfect clean, with a large lobby, good security. Must try!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating.. Highly recommended because of many reasons but the moat important is that rooms are good and clean

Since the first day I had arrived …the kettle in the room was broken ..and i had requested for a change of kettle ,uptill I checked out today..still no kettle in my room..
