Stayed at the 2 bed room apartment. We took 3 of such room. Requested all on the same floor due to family convenience as we had toddlers. But request could not be meet. Room cleanliness was not up to standard. Lift way at level 26 had a bad smell due to the overnight garbage . Room was dusty , toilet bath tub was not convincing to have to soak. Day 2 saw a cockroach crawling out from the toilet. Housekeeping took about 10 min to attend to it . Breakfast for residence was so boring . Mostly vegetarian bases. 3 days were same items. Will not consider for a stay again.

The location was great with a beautiful room. Highly recommended to those who like to have a short stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Great hotel with great location. Everything is in close proximity, klcc and twin towers are 10-15 minutes by walk.

Stayed here for my birthday trip. My husband requested a small decoration or a cake since it was my birthday, but the request was turned down — which is fine. We dropped them a text prior to booking to ask if there was any motorcycle parking, as we travelled by bike. They do have motorcycle parking, but unlike cars, which can be parked right outside the hotel, motorcycles must be parked in the basement — strictly at your own discretion, as the hotel does not bear any responsibility for damages or loss. We don’t recall seeing any CCTV there. Mind you, my husband’s motorcycle accessories are expensive. Thank God, nothing was missing or damaged. Check-in: Not trying to be petty, but I’ve never been to a hotel where they don’t hand items directly to you. It’s basic service etiquette, you know? My passport wasn’t returned to me by hand — it was placed on the table. Room: We booked the Prestige Room and requested a smoking room, but didn’t get one — again, that’s fine. However, the air-conditioning wasn’t working properly. It was so humid that we ended up perspiring in our sleep every night, even though we set the temperature to the lowest. The walkway outside our room was actually cooler than the room itself. For sure we love the location because Pavillion is right opposite. Other than that, there’s room for improvement as comfort plays a huge part especially when travellers just had a long ride/drive to your place.

Overall, my stay was good — clean room, friendly staff, and great location. However, there was renovation happening right next to my room, and just a notice paper felt a bit underwhelming for a 5-star hotel. I expected a bit more in terms of guest experience.

The apartment is same age like my grandpa. It’s ok to have all the old wooden furnitures but not the home appliances. The fridge is smelly, seems like smtg rotten inside for quite some time and couldn’t get rid the smell. TV is half smart. Other than the location don’t expect others

Location is ok. Have to walk 10 mins to get to convenient stores. Super comfy big bed. Great services.

The staff are so helpful and courteous. Check in and check out process were fast and easy. The room was in good order, clean and has all the necessary amenities. The concierge and room service staff were friendly, prompt and reliable. Food at breakfast was very good with good spread. The crew were friendly and very courteous. I was a little late to leave but the staff who was doing room check did not rush me and even offered assistance if i needed one. Overall I had a wonderful and pleasant stay.

Love the convenient of the hotel and the facilities. Had a comfortable stay. Can access pavilion through link bridge located at Banyan Tree beside the hotel.

Love the environment, staff and breakfast provided. The location is great which is surrounding the shopping mall.

Breakfast so so, staf average like 3 star hotel. Worth to try but not worth to repeat

Room was spacious and location opposite of Pavilion and within walking distance from Bukit Bintang. very conveniences.

Nice place to stay. Added to celebrate for my partner's birthday. They delivered the cake up for me.

Breakfast is good. Gym room is good. I come for the punch bag.
