The service was good and the staffs were really helpful. Really enjoyed staying there. Easy access to go to KLCC, Bukit bintang, or Jalan Masjid India.

This hotel is centrally located and is within walking distance (5-30mins) to a number of popular spots; namely the Petronas Towers, helipad, KL tower, restaurants etc. At the time, they were doing some renovations so some areas were blocked off. I had issues with my room and they were very helpful in getting it resolved. Customer Service was top tier ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. In order room service was fast, as well as any other requests made. Staff was very helpful and kind. I didn’t absolutely love my bed, too firm for my liking 😅. But my stay was fabulous.

This is my 4th time I have booked a stay at the Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Space wise it was so spacious, very nice so I could use this as a temporary hotel office. The service was impeccable! The food portions were generous and the breakfast was just so good. I was talking to another hotel guest and she remarked she liked it very much stating that "although this was a 4 star hotel, it really feels like a 5-star hotel experience"

We had a great time staying in Concorde hotel. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating our special requests for families.

My message to get welcome wish from the Hotel was fulfilled successfully with some fruits. I stayed for 2 nights & experienced 2 different breakfast locations. Day 1 near hotel entrance & Day 2 near the pool. This is not my first time here & sure I will repeat to stay again. Thanks for offering free membership.
