This hotel is terrible.
Our doorlock was not broken when we went out at the morning.
When we backed our hotel at night, our door was unlocked and a paper with words and drawing was inserted in the master switch.
We asked the hotel staff and the housekeeping boy, they replied our doorlocked was broken, so they found the maintenance staff came and fixed our doorlock, then they may forget to lock our door (but our doorlock was not broken at the morning). They said the drawing was no meaning and was not drawing to us.
Also, an alive cockrowch was appeared between the toilet and living room in the other morning.

False advertising, Listed having movies, microwave, satellite TV, computer and smart locks but none of these were provided during stay. The air-conditioned and toilet seat were broken.
Was sick throughout my stay because of the dusty room and broken air-conditioning.
The room is old and dusty.
Hotel informed they will be closed for renovate soon.
However Manager Fukuraddin provided good customer service and feeling sorry forour experience.

Well spread of breakfast choices daily and clean rooms. Connecting rooms were reserved as well upon request. Awesome service 5⭐️ rated cheers.

Not a pleasant stayed due to First night after 11 pm the lift was out of services for around 15 minutes. Follow by Room with no aircon then a power cut off for a few minutes gotta to shower in the dark.
Then found no bath towels in the room. realised the phone wasn't

Convenient as linked to the shopping mall with lots of food options. Room was clean and of a good size. Buffet breakfast was abit underwhelming - can be better with the display and replenishment of items.

Attentive and helpful staff. Comfortable n convenient. Would be better if gym stays open longer beyond 8pm. Pool is dark in evening (no light) Price is a little on the high side though. Thank you.
