The worst hotel I ever stayed in, totally not value for the money. The bathroom light is spoiled , the hair dryer also spoiled. Called housekeeping ask for replacement but then drag.. and drag..the power socket design so bad awkward position. Aircon not working .. towel smelly ,the floor stinky , the heat up of the water heater are on and off , the shirt hanger only one in the room , sigh …. And the swimming pool and gym is closed for renovation but then never announced in the website and trip.com. The staff don’t take any initiative to get us informed me during my check in , I only aware it when I walked to the swimming ! What a bad service ?!?!!!!!! I want to rate 0 star 😡😡😡😱😱

Comfortable room and clean. However, the shower head needs to be fixed as some of the holes are clogged.

This isn’t 4 stars hotel, if I can give 0 stars I will, the room is smelling, the blanket is dirty, noisy places, WiFi slow, Tv broke, swimming pool closed, the mall down stair closed, very bad experience in there, it is not you expected in picture

I stayed in a family inter-connecting room, both the rooms are clean, comfy bed. Water heater not functioning good and the only issue I'm not happy is the insufficient sound prove, we cant sleep with the loud music "boom...bommm..bomm" stayed up to morning.

Big room and clean as well. Good free public parking. Walking distance to near by shopping mall.

The room are not clean, bath room water whole block. Sound proof lousy, night time outside night club music very noisy. Breakfast selection normal only.

Room is quite clean but outdated design. Foods are acceptable but ashes on the table.

Chose this hotel because the other was fully booked and since we r only staying for 1 night. The beddings are not clean though. The pillows has got many stains on it and to make it worse, the pillow cases are not white… looks like turn from white to greyish coloured😨😨😨. I have to stuff the pillow into my extra tshirt before I can sleep on it 🥲. Bed sheets also got stain😨😨😨. Whole room has got more mirror then walls🤔🤔🤔

This is a nice hotel for a stay. If you need to go to Sunway Velocity Medical Centre this hotel is located close by. There are places to eat nearby. The mall next door is pretty dead.

Location ok cause near to few malls and easy access to KL city. Parking secured with security. Lift to room also secured. Room is clean and well prepared. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will recommend to others as well. Keep up the good work!

Parking is easy if you are driving to the hotel. Breakfast is just okay..

Overall this hotel is my 1st choice when stay in KL, my parents both also satisfied and will come back again.
