This is my second time stay at the Traders, and I am lucky to get a free upgrade to room with twin tower view. I finally get the chance to witness the dimming light of klcc tower at 0000am. The room is clean, the staff with good and friendly attitude. Had a lunch at Gobo chit chat, slightly unlucky that I encountered a stubborn uncooked udang galah (baby loster). However, prompt service recovery action had been taken by the service crew team, with immediate apology for 2 times, waiver of bill and complimentary free desserts and drinks. Overall, still a pleasant stay at Traders.

Overall all the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The view from our room and the hotel itself was amazing. Malls were nearby, plus buggy service was available and it was fun to experience it.
My son enjoyed himself too.

Beautiful view of the KLCC Twin Towers facing the room. The staffs were so welcoming and helpful, and the requests I’ve indicated were all given. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel soon! However, the downside is that there is no smart TV but it doesn’t seemed to pose much of a problem.

Really great location and service. The hotel is not far from Petronas twin towers and Suria KL and the hotel has buggy service so it's really convenient to go to the shopping mall and twin towers

I always stay at this hotel whenever im in kl. It’s my go to hotel. Location is convenient . As always the hotel room is clean and bed is comfortable . Hotel staffs are friendly and kind. They even upgraded me on this stay. It was a nice gesture of them as I’m always back to the same hotel. Will definitely come back again.

This is my first time staying at Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Although I often go to KL, but I have never stayed here. A complete hotel. beautiful scenery, the staff on duty are quite polite, the location is strategic and the main attraction must be the very beautiful view of KLCC at night.

Service is excellent in general. Staff very prompt to respond to requests for additional toiletries etc. The biggest perk of staying in this hotel has got to be the complementary buggy ride from the hotel to KLCC that is available upon request using whatsapp

Overall a worthy choice. The hotel is towards the twin towers. Only one thing I don’t understand is that the hotel seems to arrange low floor only to Chinese guests. All white peoples I saw in the hotel are on high floors. I deserve an explanation
