We had a wonderful stay and were extremely impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the staff. From check-in to check-out, every request was handled promptly and smoothly. The team was friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with a smile. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and family-friendly, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. Everything was well organized, and the service exceeded our expectations. A special compliment to the staff for their outstanding efficiency and dedication to guest satisfaction. Their excellent service truly made our trip more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return in the future.

Although the hotel's decor is a bit dated, it's very well-maintained. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options – definitely worth trying. There was no Chinese-speaking staff at check-in, but using a phone for translation was manageable. The room service center staff, however, had a poor attitude; they sounded cold and unhelpful on the phone. It would be great if they offered Chinese-language service. The value for money is decent, and it's not too far from the Petronas Towers. It's about a 15-minute walk to Bukit Bintang, and Kuala Lumpur Tower is right behind the hotel.

Stayed for four days with my sister, and it was fantastic! This established five-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide and diverse selection of delicious food that we couldn't even finish. The garden environment is beautiful and peaceful, yet conveniently located, with the Petronas Towers just a 10-minute walk away. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit and recommend it to my friends.

Extremely disappointing stay. The female manager was arrogant and confrontational, and another female staff member joined in and spoke to us loudly and rudely. They even said, “This is Malaysia style,” as if that excused the behavior. The room we were given did not match the orientation shown in the photos or what we had requested, and when we raised the issue, the staff were dismissive and tried to downgrade us after already agreeing to a different 。very unfriendly attitude. Completely unacceptable service for a Shangri-La.

Very high level of service and accommodation provided by the hotel in most of the aspects. Very satisfied!

This is supposedly the first Shangri-La hotel in Asia, and its location is absolutely fantastic. It's just a few minutes' walk to KLCC, and getting a taxi anywhere else is super convenient. The lobby has a wonderful festive atmosphere. Breakfast was really busy, but the service was impeccable. Definitely worth staying here!

The location is superb, and it's a classic luxury hotel. Apart from the slightly dated room furniture, there's really nothing else to complain about.

This hotel is the epicenter of Kuala Lumpur, especially during Chinese New Year – it was absolutely divine! It's just a hundred meters from the Petronas Towers and close to Pavilion. The breakfast spread was incredibly lavish, and the place was bustling with people. For such a prime location and experience, the value for money is outstanding.

[Live seriously, review thoroughly] This hotel offers afternoon tea every day – fantastic! The fried croquettes were delicious!!! They also have cocktails from 5-7 PM! Though you can't take them to your room, you have to enjoy them in the restaurant. We paid an extra 500 MYR daily to upgrade to a suite. Our child loved the tent bed, it was a lot of fun! The room overall was very spacious, but the price was indeed high, over 2000 MYR a night... The premium during Chinese New Year was just insane.

Location: It's about a 10-minute walk to Pavilion. There are small restaurants across the street downstairs, but no convenience stores and no Twin Towers night view. However, taking a taxi to various attractions in the city isn't too far. Facilities: It's quite old, but well-maintained. The room is tiny, really minuscule; I couldn't even open my suitcase. I booked an executive room, but was told I couldn't access the executive lounge, which I don't understand why... Cleanliness: Decent, up to five-star hotel standards. Ambiance: The lobby is noisy and crowded, and the check-in queue was a bit chaotic. Breakfast: Not good, with very few options that cater to Chinese tastes. The variety is extremely limited, and the air conditioning is freezing! Service: Not many staff speak Chinese; it's pretty much standard five-star hotel service. Summary: The room is very small, hygiene is generally okay, breakfast isn't tasty, and there's no night view from the room. It's suitable for people who just need a place to sleep at night.

This hotel has a lot of history, but it's very well-maintained. The swimming pool on the second floor is beautiful, like a garden in the middle of a bustling city. Our check-in coincided with Chinese New Year, and the hotel arranged a lion dance, along with other festive decorations and small activities, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The lion dance troupe was incredible!~~~

The hotel is incredibly well-maintained and in a fantastic location, less than a 10-minute walk to KLCC. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur. It's also excellent value for money.
