I had a wonderful stay at Mercu Summer Suites KLCC by Veedu Hauz. The location is excellent—very close to KLCC and within easy reach of restaurants, convenience stores, and public transport. It made getting around Kuala Lumpur super convenient. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials needed for a pleasant stay. The space felt cozy yet spacious enough, and the amenities added great value, especially for longer stays. The building itself is secure and well-managed. The host from Veedu Hauz was responsive and helpful, making the check-in and overall experience smooth and stress-free. Everything was well-organized, and communication was clear from start to finish. Overall, this was a great stay with good value for money. I would definitely recommend Mercu Summer Suites KLCC by Veedu Hauz to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Kuala Lumpur, and I’d happily stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

using lift requires keycard, specifically for the level you are staying so it’s better to stay at the same floor with friends. Housekeeping every three days and needed to call service for towel replacements. Call service is out of order in my room so I have to ask for help in the lobby. There was one time that the lobby stuff stated that he is in charge of the other hotel and asked us to contact the hotel staff by telephone / Instagram, didn’t manage to ask for clean towels that day.

I was so happy with the room, it was a wonderful surprise! The online Chinese customer service was excellent. I had to check out early due to an unexpected event, and they processed it quickly and responded very fast. The infinity pool on the 47th floor was also beautiful and great for photos. It's only a 10-minute walk to the Petronas Towers. A very satisfying trip overall!

Ended up staying at this hotel by chance, and I must say, it was a really good experience. The only minor downside was that it was on a very high floor. The stay itself, including the breakfast, was fantastic and very substantial. The staff did an excellent job cleaning the room. Plus, it's only about 500 meters from the Petronas Towers. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied.

I WAS IN AWE with the beautiful room and the scent is so good! I didnt even leave the room till next day! The view is the KL tower and it was stunning! Though we didnt witness any fireworks (because of the ban), I feel so cosy and the furniture, cabinets, washing machine.. everything is to perfection! I wish to stay longer here and hope can get the same room once more!

My stay there was wonderful, and I had a fantastic holiday. The Hotel Sentral Kuala Lumpur was the best hotel of my trip. I really miss their breakfast, and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room was particularly noisy. If you set it to the lowest fan speed, the room got hot. But if you set it to the medium or highest fan speed, the room was cool, but the noise was quite disruptive to sleep. Aside from that, everything else was perfect. The hotel environment and facilities were excellent.

The floor drains in the bathroom and kitchen didn't have odor-blocking features, so as many others have mentioned, there was indeed a smell. Since I didn't request room cleaning, the staff skipped delivering daily amenities like water, toothbrushes, and tissues. They only gave me what I specifically asked for; for example, if I requested four bottles of water for the day, that's all I'd get – no other items. Most hotels I've stayed at usually leave amenities outside the room, even if it's not cleaned daily. It's convenient if you're using ride-sharing services, but not ideal for subway travel. Everything else was decent, comparable to a four-star hotel in China.

During our stay at Mercu Summer Suites, we found the experience to be much better than some of the negative reviews might suggest. Considering the cost, the property offers a very convenient location. The Petronas Twin Towers and Suria KLCC are only about a 10-minute walk away, and in the other direction you can easily reach Quill City Mall and NSK Grocer, which made picking up groceries and daily essentials very easy. We booked a studio room and appreciated how well it was set up for a longer visit. It included a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, basic kitchen amenities, and a TV that connected smoothly to YouTube. Laundry detergent was provided, which was particularly convenient for an extended stay. The Wi-Fi was consistently strong throughout our stay. Housekeeping requests and even a replacement for a faulty light were handled very quickly via WhatsApp, which we found efficient and reassuring. The MYR 200 security deposit was also returned without any hassle at checkout. There were a few drawbacks. Only two complimentary water bottles were provided on the first day with no additional supply afterward. The bathroom exhaust fan was louder than expected, and although the apartment itself seemed generally well maintained, the bathroom showed noticeable mildew and could benefit from better upkeep. Our room also did not have a view of the Twin Towers. Two towels were provided, which was adequate but somewhat minimal. In addition, the dish sponge provided did not appear new, so we ended up using one we had brought ourselves. Overall, these issues were relatively minor and did not significantly affect our comfort. We had a pleasant, practical stay and would consider returning again, especially when traveling with family.

The location is fantastic, right next to KLCC. It's super convenient to get to the Twin Towers, KLCC Park, and the subway station. Plus, there are tons of great food options nearby – the best durian stall is right outside the lobby!
