Strategic location, near to LRT station and easy parking outside the hotel but not sure need to pay or not since it’s being monitored by DBKL (not specifically hotel parking). My room was quite dusty maybe it has been left unattended for months haha. Staffs are friendly and keep on apologising due to dirty and dusty room given to me. Hope they can improve their service in future.

KL Sentral
Such a beautiful hotel with great amenities for guests! They have a chauffeur service to selected nearby locations which comes in handy. And it’s near to all malls and the city centre area!

It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel staff decorated our bed and even gave us a box of chocolates. The room was spacious and clean. Very serene to stay in the hotel. Breakfast was awesome. Good variety of food though the roti canai can be improved. We ordered room service for dinner in the second night. Had a little of confusion. The staff that send our food told us to pay by cash even though we already inform the front desk staff that we are paying by the deposit. Well... we had to pay by cash. The hotel is quite near to LRT station Abdullah Hukum (a walking distance). And it was just a station away to KL Sentral. We alight at KL Sentral and took the KLIA Express to airport. Going around is quite a breeze as we travel via the LRT and MRT. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Great stay. The interior is what caught my eye and wanted to stay there. Initially there’s a problem with our main door lock but the management sent the staff to solve our problem immediately. The location is good but however it’s slightly hard to find the lobby and the parking directory is not very clear too.

Strategically located in Gardens Mall & Midvalley shopping mall, u’ll have everything u need around you. Just walk out of the hotel door and you’re in Gardens Mall. Cinema, high end shopping, F&B, entertainment are all within reach and u can even cross over to Midvalley Mall. The room is comfortable and can fit in another single bed. Clean & cosy. Bed is good. Service was prompt and courteous. Breakfast buffet spread not premium but acceptable. Won’t mind returning here for a shopping weekend retreat getaway!

Deluxe room is spacious and clean but old, badly needs refurbishment. Bed sheets and blankets are also old that should be replaced long ago. Door secure lock show sign of damage by force. Hotel location is superb within a huge shopping mall. Breakfast selection are good.
