I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centers in the city. As for the room, it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Breakfast is not included, extra bed is possible, the room is not big, I guess I can’t add a bed, I don’t think it is suitable for children, the location is a bit far away from Kuala Lumpur, the most unbearable thing is the motorcycle passing by at night , The car, just like the bombing street, it's noisy!

You will be prompt to buy a security deposit of 100 which is no way listed here on Trip.com policy. I was little fed up with the receptionist when he was carelessly asked me go withdraw the moment i only have ecash as this was not told me earlier at all. Apart from that, the room cleaners were very politely changed the bedsheets on the 2nd day when I asked to. The balcony room is just a waste of money unless you're smoker. Got free hot beverages at the lobby and the location of this hotel is very strategic.

Many good points of this hotel. (1) Friendly Staff (2) Bed was comfy (3) Location near to Highway (4) Value for money (5) Towels were rather new This hotel has no Lift because only 2 floors. One thing I did not like was the access via vehicle. A bit trouble some.
