Best Five Star Hotels in Kuala Lumpur

I have booked this hotel for one of our staff who have a meeting new to the hotel. He was so satisfied with this hotel. The room is large, clean and confortable. Also got a convenience store (7-11) at the building. He likes this hotel so much

Pros - Location very good, walking distance to Twin towers and shopping mall (* other shopping mall or aquarium via Grab) Cons - Hotel beside Malay Cemetery.... you can see clearly from the big window - room chair no wheels, need to carry if moving around or scratch the floor, another wooden chair is quite heavy also no wheel - WIFI not stable - TV program very limited and a lot of snows flakes (not clear), if you need to see more program need to rent video recorder (if not wrong) - Toilet flushing very slow - need to ask for shaver and comb upon request but only shaver given. - hotel breakfast not many varieties, both days almost same items * book thru Trip.com stated 2 adults but hotels insisted only ONE name shown in their system so only give us 1 breakfast for 1 room (2 days), i requested to combine 2 different date breakfast as 1 day but not allowed. so i have to pay for 2 breakfast (RM40/person). The next day i shown the booking ticket from trip that stated 2 adults clearly to the reception admin but she doesn't accept and ask me to call Trip to check... * if not wrong, when i reserved the hotel thru Trip.com didn't ask me for second occupancy name. * close to 1 hr taxi from airport to hotel

The overall experience is not bad. We were greeted by the concierge and process of check in also very fast. The room is spacious with bigger bathroom. The breakfast selection are many but during festive season, there are too many crowds. Good place to stay in the city centre due to location is near to the shopping centre.

When I heard of this place, I went to YouTube to see any reviews for it and see how it looks like. On the day itself when I booked in, I am AWE how nice the place is and spacious it is, it’s looks so nice and worth to stay at the place. Booked the one bedroom premier, I gotten the highest level , the view from the living room and bedroom, I could see the KL tower, looks near but actually abit distance though. The swimming pool is nice and good too. It’s worth to stay for few days even for a day, it’s near to KLCC and walkable to W hotel as well.

It's all smooth since i choose booking hotel via the Trip apps. Don't be lazy to read a review and picture uploaded from others. Just a lil bit confuse when to check in, i'm driving to there, so, find The Intermark Mall, then go to the Gate C, you can park from level 4 and above. You'll find Lobby entrance lift, go to Level 1 to Hotel reception. After check in, you can see the lift to the hotel. It is not the same lift to the car park. Don't forget to endorse your carpark ticket at the frontdesk before you check out My check in was so easy and smooth. The staff greet me very friendly, as soon as they saw me walk in. The frontdesk manager who assist me, also was a good looking, humble, always smile, soft spoken, make customer feels comfortable ”Tenang Rasa Hati”. 5 star for you. While waiting, you will be given a Hilton Cookies, yummy ☺️ Then show your booking number and your ID, give your email and phone number and hallas your access card are ready. There's a mall down there. You can go for shoping, everything you need, just name it, pharmacy, saloon, money changer, boutique, and also a food's court. The bed, bathroom was very clean. Smells fresh, good and fragrance. The interior design just like shown in the TRIP. The next day, while i'm going out, the house keeping cleans my room just like before i've check in. He changed everything, towel, bathrobe, and top up more drinking water, tissue, conditioner etc, i like it so much... i gave him 5 star rating for this. My room so refreshing for another one more night. I like the way they separate the floor in the bedroom, so i don't have a problem to pray in here. Breakfast from 7.30 - 10.30am at 'Makan' level 11. Even i'm on my IF but it's ok, my cheat day, hahaha. There is a variety of foods you can choose, Asian, Indian, western, malaysian breakfast, pastry, salad, noodle, murtabak, tosei, fruits, cracker, everything was there. I'm not a picky person, but every hotel i go/stay, i will try their Omellete and here, i love it so much because there is so many ingredient you can add in, just name it, sausage, mushroom, cheese, etc. I have a realy nice and fantastic moment being in this hotel, and i will not hesitate to stay here again next time.

Everything was good except the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. Found the bedsheet with black stains and even got a part similar like a shoe mark. Only found it when i'm going to sleep during mid night and too tired to make a call to the operator or front desk regarding this. I just tried to use some wet tissue to clean it myself. Since i have been staying in collection club room several times, i've noticed the lounge only served kacang putih and normal beverage. Last time there was at least banana cake served. It seems no staff attending at the lounge.

Lobby located on the 9th Floor on top of Sunway Putra Mall with easy access to nearby public transport and a walking distance to LRT station CHECK-IN: - Late check in, waited for few guests during check-in around 11.45pm (Sunday 25Feb2024), which took a while - Free room upgrade, which i really appreciate by one male FO, there are one male and one female, both malay front office was on duty at that time - Staff Quite Friendly - Reasonable price ROOM/SERVICE: - Well-maintained, comfortable and very clean room - Spacious room - Fascinating view of Pool facing KLCC and Kuala Lumpur town center view. Overall, this is one of my favorite hotel for Healing.. would recommend to everyone. Special Thanks to the FO on duty during my check in.

It’s my second time staying at this hotel. Room was clean and the service rendered by the hotel staff is really commendable. Location wise, it is walking distance to Pavilion, probably about 5 minutes walk. Breakfast buffet was rather average though. But there’s plenty of eateries around and halal food are easy to find. Oh and there’s a minimart right opposite the hotel too! Overall, it’s a pleasant experience staying here.

The exhaust fan of toilet seem broken or install inversely, when open the toilet switch (light and exhaust fan), the 'incredible' smelly/odor coming from exhaust fan. I had called the service twice but they just spray fragrance only, they say will call the engineer come, 1030pm wait till 12am, and they say engineer not free/ still servicing other rooms. Imagine bath/ bath tubing and can't use exhaust fan, feel dizzy in there, I booked this hotel cuz I need relax and enjoy the bath tub but sadly I can't. Btw I also saw the staff's fragrance spray remain in the room from last guest when I check in (I self put at the walkway) and make me think, it not getting fixed. The room is clean, interior is very nice but the odor make us can't enjoy it.
