Went to this hotel on December with my husband. Room is small, no closet to hang clothes. Small table to put everything !!! TV channel only in mandarin !!! No English or bahasa channel. The Spa we got ... no bubbles!!! What is the point having a spa bath without bubbles.. just another bath tub. The bath towel given are torn and in horrible condition .. 2 different receptionist during check in and check out not wearing face mask during CMCO .. another no no ... what they were thinking. When deposit money given .. no receipt are given to us.
Desa Parkcity Plaza Arkadia Suite Kuala Lumpuer

This is a very large wealthy community, and eating is very expensive, with a 10% service charge and 6% tax. There are also many places to eat at the waterfront. The whole community environment is very good. There is a large square on the first floor. The music in the bar next to it plays until late. One morning, the fire alarm suddenly went off at around 6 o'clock in the morning. I was so scared that I saw that they were killing insects. The fire alarm It rang intermittently for a long time.
