The front desk of the hotel is very kind and you can speak clean English normally, so you don't have to worry about communication. At the front desk, he taught me how to use the taxi app-grab and how to make a reservation. Thanks to that, all the movement was grab and easy. It was about 6 minutes walk from LaLaport, close to Central Market and Bukit Bintang by taxi. You can drink 500 PET bottles of water, tea and instant coffee every day in the room. The room also has a refrigerator. I chilled the mango I bought and ate it. However, be careful as toilet paper and bath towels may not be changed unless they are told. There is a supermarket in the building where you can use your credit card, and it is convenient to have canned beer, dry mangoes, nuts, etc. The exchange office in the building is vacant except on Sundays. Clothing is sold on the second floor of the supermarket, but for some reason there were many men's items. There were multiple massage shops on the 1st and 2nd floors, and I went there every day comfortably. In front of the hotel, there are many Chinese restaurants and it is crowded with locals. Fruits are also sold and retailed, and there. I had them eat rambutan, dragon fruit, etc. (Because you can't bring mangostin to the hotel) Right next to the hotel is the icc market, and if you get tired of the hotel rice, you can eat delicious rice here, and local clothes in the basement of this building (light and easy to wear) Is sold cheaply. I want to stay again because the location is excellent.

This is my second review of this hotel Unfortunatly I have down graded my score in this review. Apart from its good location and friendly staff. This time I cant find much good to say about it. On my last stay I thought I must have just been unlucky to get a bad room and foolishly booked a long stay here again. I stayed in 5 different rooms over a two week period due to maintenance issues, all rooms stink of mould and mildew so bad that after 2 days my cloths stunk of it as well. The house keeping is poor, at a glimps it looks clean but don't dare look close at the build up of dirt in the room corners & behind doors, the toilet bowls are putrid , just around the under the rim of the bowl is a build up of filth /faeces that has never been cleaned and the out side of the bowl is not much better (See my photos in this review. (” if your brave”) The wifi in the hotel is extremely poor or non existent if your lucky to get any at all it is slow and almost useless. I complained several times and even three times directly to the hotel manager who assured me it would be fixed promptly but still by the end of my stay it was just the same. All rooms lacked good general maintenance , Security boxes & phones didn't work ,broken shower heads, tiled areas in shower, toilet, room walls, floors bed heads, window sills and A/C filters were in need of a good clean, In the evening and early morning hours one or two ******s (**********s)were usually loitering in the lift lobby area, I was approached twice as I waited for the lift and one even followed me into the lift. It would seem management and night staff dont seem to care about this and allow them to loiter in the lobby as this was the case on most evenings till early morning whilst I was there. I even voiced my disgust regarding this to the day time reception staff once but that made absolutely no difference. Like I say I now have nothing good to say about this hotel. It could be a fantastic hotel if they cleaned it up, attended to maintenance & wifi issues and got rid of that disgusting mould / mildew smell and the ******s . My advise is don't stay here you can do far better else where.

The room is ok..as wat i saw in other travellers review, there is some stains on the bed sheet..but it's ok since it was cleaned. But i like the pillow..its comfy. Bed is ok. At least i can slp till the next morning w/o keep waking up like others. And i would like to specify that the breakfast at rm9.90 is really worth it although not many choices as 4 or 5 stars hotel but it's good enough. Today i just walk straight to hv my breakfast and i just saw there are only few dish and thought that's it? Spaghetti and the tomato sauce, bread, broccoli and potato wedges, cornflakes and some blue water..after i had taken and eat halfway i saw there is another side of the room and walk in to check it out and nvr expected there is another section for breakfast too..i miss it.there is mee goreng, fried kuey tiao, nasi lemak and some others. Also tea and coffee. But one thing i not satisfied with the breakfast was it's cold alrdy. I saw there is burner below But no more fire..maybe i came down late at 9am. Bf starts at 7am. Finish at 10am. But at least keep it hot for the Customer pls. Parking at rm6 perday. Its ok since can park inside the building and not under the hot sun outside. Overall is good. Will come bk again. Thks for the effort.

The location is amazing. Walking distance to Lalaport, Pavilion Bukit Bintang, MRT, monorail and more. Excellent view from the roof top and the unit. Good facilities, can cook simple meals. However, the cleanliness can be improved. Kitchen and toilet has some mould, and the unit will benefit from some refurbishment such as repainting.

The City View from 42th floor is nice. The Room is just average but the service of Shafik is good. We are unfortune as no electricity for the whole block on the day before check out.
