1. Book hotel tru booking.com, for 26/1/20 for one night. Check in early at 5am and was told to pay extra rm374 for that on top of what i already paid ....ridiculous. No choice i pay cause i got family with me...that mean i pay 2 nights price for the price of one. 2. Says 1 tv on each rooms....but only one room has and the other dont have. 2. Kitchen pantry was broken...water leak out of the basin n flooded the pantry...i clean it up..and it cant be use at all during my stay. 3. Wifi dont exist for the rest of my stay, although the say wifi is free. 4. Corridor has only one light working...and my unit is at end of it...by the way my room number is 1720. Go check it, which i believe nobody cares. 5. Breakfast was rm28 for one person...noting much to eat...and the food is lousy...the roadside stall have better taste then this...try to eat bread but the toaster is not working... 6. Waterpark smell of chlorine and is cloudy...my skin got itchy after 15 minutes in it. Get out and take shower with fresh water. 7. Dont bother about the safari, the animals are not fed regularly, they are all look pathetic. Pity the animals there...they may have a better life outside where they belong. Especialy the bears. 8. By the way i have been here 5 times in 2 years, evrytime for 3days 2nights...but this time i check out around 2am that very same day...

5 - 10 kilometers from town centre. Fairly new hotel rooms. good aircondition. good hot water shower. Town council payable parking during office hours. was quite quiet when we were there. normal service. we borrowed a hair dryer from the reception. good wifi

Arrived at the guesthouse for check in quite late at mid nite. Booked for 2 rooms and requested for side-by-side rooms or very near to each other. At 1st they wanted to allocate at 2 different places which I declined. Finally, only given rooms facing slightly each other. Was informed beforehand that water heater in one of the rooms does not work, so…have to accept since we have no other choice. Have to enter different entrance from the reception area to get to our rooms as this place is of shoplots building. No lifts & have to walk up the staircase which is also not clean properly. Rooms condition are bad & not clean properly. Curtain and it’s railing are about to collapse! Linens & bedsheets have visible stains with a few ink/pen scratches on a few spots. Towels are faded with a few have holes on them. Phones in the room didn’t work or no connection to reception when tried to complain. As we are tired and lazy to go down to reception, we tried calling the reception many times using own phone but nobody bothers to pick up. At last, we use the towel and our own shirts as linen to cover the dirty linen. Lock (inside & outside) at toilet Door is broken & main entrance door only use the doorknob lock in one of the rooms. Leakage on the bottom part of the sink. Found left over rubbish in plastic bag from previous tenant(?) maybe behind the bedside table. What a mess we are in! Rooms equipped with TV but only a few channels are accessible. No fridge, provide with jug ( but you have to go down to pantry area located next to reception to get hot water) & 2 mugs. No tea/coffee/sugar & mugs have lipstick stain on them. Wifi service is stated as available but you can’t get connection from the rooms area actually…so don’t bother & dont waste time trying to get the connection. Will not stay at any of the Sun Inns chain in future.

I stayed in the capsule with a full glass view at the front and half glass view at the back. The view is amazing especially at night. The second best thing aside from the view is the air-conditioning inside the capsule. I just want to relax and stay in the capsule all day haha. The toilet for capsule is the sharing toilet but the cleanliness of the toilet is good and the heater is also well-functioning. You can request for towel from the ”lobby”. However, the cleanliness of the capsule is lacking. There is a small round skyview glass at the top of the capsule but it is not clean (hence we can't see the sky anyway) and with spider webs. The curtains has yellow stain and the door is a bit rusty. Besides that, there are swarms of mosquitoes outside the capsule so we don't dare to sit at the table outside. Overall, do not expect a resort like experience then you will be fine! It is a good glamping place and just relax. There is nothing much to do in this place except for the waterfall trip, hiking trip, and the underground mining place. So I will definitely suggest you to bring along some books, games, or some other chilling entertainment.
