rm#312 nice staffs very good shower have shampoo shower gel coffee tea water enough power plug...
but obsoleted & dirty room light too dim yellowed pillow/bed sheet bugs on wall...
& a big🪳was welcoming me on the bed ~~!

The room smell like something wet. The room not so clean. The bed sheet seems like not change at all after previous customer because i found so many hair under the pillow. Not so recommended.

The hotel location at Jalan Dato' Wong Ah Jang, Kuala Kuantan Kuantan Pahang. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. Air-conditioning is cold. Staff hotel is friendly and helpful. Parking is free provided by the hotel. Easy to get the food and beverage by walking distance.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. They were extremely accommodating. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely visit again.

Highly recommended. Valuable for money. The hotel is situated right in the middle of the city. There is even a fridge inside.
