Helpful receptionist. The room seems to be little run down. Maybe, just suitable for one night stay. However, the location is very strategic, near to airport and eateries.

The room was very spacious and great for a stay, and it was clean too. The bed was also soft. Plus, it's close to shops for groceries and there are also very close restaurants.

I booked a room with a window, but was given one without a window, and it was a completely different room type from the photos. The ceiling had severe stains, and so did the walls. There was a strange smell as soon as I entered the room. The bed and pillows had yellow stains and some cigarette burn marks. There was a hole in the bathroom door.

1. The interior cleanliness is acceptable. 2. Front counter staffs behalf friendly. 3. Room size is cramped. 4. Virtually zero sound insulation. Privacy issue; doubtful. 5. Poor AC vent placement (airflow blows directly onto the bed). 6. The room assigned at check-in might not exactly match the room options you booked. 7. Amenities are bare-bones: just 2 bath towels and 2 small bottles of water, no hair dryer and others. 8. Poor maintenance on the bathroom facilities. Refer to comments before; the maintenance job seems not to be well done 9. You get what you pay for; no benefit surprises here

This is a good hotel with good hygiene. It's the best choice for a layover, and there are many delicious dining options downstairs. The only downsides are that the room is a bit small and has no window.

Very near to Airport , KK Mart and foodcourt. Easy to find food

It’s good for an overnight stay. The room is clean and quite cool. Will definitely stay again if required to stay overnight in Kuching.

The room is very small. The door of toitel is brocken. It was very noisy outside. The price is expensive.

The place is very near to food court and other places like bakery and pharmacy. Very convenient for solo traveller

The location is strategic and close to restaurants, making it easy to get around. The service was also quite good, except the Wi-Fi wasn't working for two full days.

Hardly get asleep the pillows are with yellow stain, got ants on the bed. And very noisy. Booked two night and end up check out the next day morning. Luckily the property luckily to refund another night

Good points: Close to the airport, plenty of dining options, and supermarkets. Bad points: Small room, dusty, and hair everywhere.
