Strategic location by the Sarawak river, easy access to the local delicacies and relax walk along the waterfront, near to one of the cat statues and have 7-11 attached in the building

This is an older, established hotel located in Kuching, the capital of Sarawak in East Malaysia, right on the waterfront of the Kuching River. It's surrounded by several other star-rated hotels, including three international chain hotels. I had a layover in Singapore and arrived in Kuching at night, so I booked this hotel for one night as a stopover. While the hotel is a bit old, the room environment was decent. The breakfast was a 'Western-style' breakfast, so it was quite simple. The same building as the hotel houses offices, including the Brunei consulate and a 7-Eleven. There's also a McDonald's just diagonally across from the hotel.

The location is very good. I used it for going to rainforest music festival, it just about 5 minutes walk to the hill to pick up transfer bus. Breakfast is simple, but it just cost 25 for 2 people. And it change the main dishes everyday.

Stayed here during my recent trip to Kuching. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to the waterfront, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The room was comfortable and sufficient for a short stay, although some parts of the hotel could benefit from a refresh. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed. Breakfast was acceptable, but the selection was fairly limited. Overall, the hotel offers decent value for money and is suitable for travelers looking for a centrally located place to stay without spending too much. A good choice for a short stay in Kuching.

location best. breakfast ya Allah sikit sangat. no varieties. repeat menu sama. no rice at all. lobby ask for bidet but never gives. overall rasa so so je sbb breakfast sgt x memberasangkan tpi location mmng tengah2 la.

Very good stay. Excellent location with friendly and attentive staff. The room was comfortable, while the cleanliness and amenities could be improved slightly. Overall, a pleasant experience.
