Excellent downtown location with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms, especially those with river views. The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a great selection of both local and Western dishes. Getting a taxi to the airport is also very convenient.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay & Delicious Dinner I had a very pleasant stay at Riverside Majestic Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One of the highlights was having dinner at the Puteri Lounge. I enjoyed the braised beef short ribs served with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The beef was tender, flavorful, and very satisfying. I also had a hot cup of coffee, which was the perfect complement to the meal. Overall, it was a relaxing stay with good food, great service, and a comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Kuching. Highly recommended! 😊

Facilities: Quite old. Hygiene: Acceptable. Service: The service was very poor and far from five-star standard. The front desk didn't answer the phone after several calls. The room didn't have a hairdryer, and it took over half an hour for it to be delivered after multiple calls, by which time my hair had already dried. Breakfast was very bad, with not much to eat.
