Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and a convenient location. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Friendly staff, faster checkin and checkout process. Bilik pun bersih cuma mungkin pihak hotel boleh perbaiki lubang bilik mandi yg kdg2 trsumbat.

Booked 2 rooms, seems like coz of full capacity when night check in, i get both rooms of faulty amenities, one is aircond leaking problem, another one is newly renovated room, but air cond cannot working. Maintenance of the room is bad. The bidet installed position quite low, hard to open, coz it's hose head neither than gun head. The renovation of room is not done by overall building.

Excellent experience during my recent stay at this hotel. The check-in procedure was exceptionally smooth and welcoming, thanks to Mr. Nasrul at the reception desk. He was incredibly helpful, professional and efficient, ensuring we felt valued from the moment we arrived. His warm hospitality and attention to detail set a wonderful tone for the rest of our stay. Booked for someone’s business trip. This hotel is usual choice due to its close to company.

The front desk service was excellent. I had an appointment outside and was unable to return to the hotel before the check-out time. The staff kindly kept my luggage safely at the lobby until I returned later to collect it. I really appreciated their helpful and accommodating service.
