It's truly a budget hotel, I understood that it's cheap, but at least I just hope the customer service is good. This is my first time of not allowed to check-in early (1hr early) 😅, and the room smells (bet coz of the damp carpet), it's not soundproof, the mattress linen is also dirty, there are spots, and hairs under the pillows.. yuck! I didnt expect too much tho, so if you're on tight budget, go ahead

It's an old hotel..but spacious...the price is still high...but the price on trip mirha..when the hotel is able to charge more if it goes from 70rm to 72rm..the price should be clear on trip.com..customers don't need to pay more ...there is something wrong....if you want a shilling price...you need to prepare it on trip.com...logically...it seems like you want to get customers by fraud..dibtrip.com cloth price 58rm. .compo people want because it's cheaper than other hotels... but when checking in... the counter asks to add 12 rm because it's below the minimum room price.... that's how the plaque is...

I want to complain...in the trip the price was 59...when I reached the hotel...I was asked to pay another 11 rm on the grounds that the actual price was rm75...the price for the trip was the old price..can it be like that...please let us pay d trip the amount of the ad price...if x..you can cancel what the counter said..why are you crazy...come check in to cancel...cancel doesn't have a refund either...
It should be a hotel that deals with trip..as our customers pay to follow the adverti*****t...the hotel has to make the latest adverti*****t on the trip website or vice versa..I feel deceived by this situation...if this is the case, can I not complain to the public complaint bureau/ consumer association/kpdnhep...?if 100 people who come are told to pay 11rm...how much have they got...n cheat people...offer it at 70 there are many more good hotels...we temph hotels look at the price offered jkk..
