I do enjoy stayed at this hotel because: 1. The location is strategic in the middle of a town. 2. The foos is really nice. 3. Not far from the airport.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel environment was clean and comfortable, the room was spacious and bright, and the bed was clean and soft, so I slept very well. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. The hotel's location is convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby, making it very easy to get around. Overall, it's great value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance, and I'll recommend it to my friends and family.

The location is good and the room is quite spacious with comfy bed.. The only shortcoming is the air conditioning is not cold enough.

The room was decent, just a bit dated in terms of facilities. The staff were quite friendly, and it offered fair value for money.

Decent stay, but nothing special. Small rooms, average food, and the cleanliness was a bit lacking. It’s fine for a short stay

The room is clean and highly recommended hotel. But the toilet floor feels slippery as if there is oil spilled on the floor.

Very close to the airport, a Grab ride only costs 5 ringgit/dollars.

Restuarant staff were nice. Front concierge always frowning. Breakfast was okay

Same as usual, the feedback from my colleague was hotel is clean, environment is good and staff is helpful ang good manner. Will remain book this hotel for their coming trip to Kuching.

Limited room. My luck i guess. The deluxe king only got 9 room in this hotel. You won’t get it book online easily ! So comfortable. I was in my happyland do my work in the room from morning till evening. 🫶🏻

Overall ok.. Cuma wifi problem.. Connected but with no access to the internet. Tv pun x byk choice utk channel. Maybe blh improve utk channel tv. Kami byk rest dlm bilik so thats why byk comment regarding keselesaan dlm bilik.. Tq

Room smells like smoke. Thankfully there’s window for ventilation.  Bathroom has some weird smell too with flies in the bathroom.  Bed is comfortable though.
