Good space for family. Very convenient to use the bridge to get to the mall opposite the accommodation. Clean, not noisy, although there's a construction currently going on, no noise. Peak hour to get grab may take a while depending on traffic.

I arrived quite late at night, and there were no rooms available at that moment. However, they upgraded me on the spot to a two-bedroom unit. The room was rather cosy and came with basic apartment amenities. The location is strategic and convenient, a good choice for business travellers. It also offers easy access to the shopping mall.

Very disappointing experience for a 4-star hotel I stayed here for 2 nights, and unfortunately, the cleanliness and service were far below what I expected from a 4-star hotel. The room window was extremely dirty, as shown in the photo. Even after housekeeping came to clean the room, the floor was still not properly swept or mopped. There were still hair and dirt on the floor, and even the dirty floor towel had not been replaced. I really wondered what exactly had been cleaned. The swimming pool was also disappointing. The water looked old and I could see quite a lot of dirt and debris in it, so I did not feel comfortable using the pool. Another inconvenience was that towels were not readily provided and we had to call Room Service to request them. Overall, the hygiene and housekeeping service were not up to the standard I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Very disappointing and definitely not the experience I expected.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance, which made the whole experience even better. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Overall, everything was smooth and hassle-free.
