Xinjiang Runjin International Hotel (Kuitun Meimei Park)

The hotel service is incredibly thoughtful! The security guard helped with our luggage, and the front desk staff were warm and polite. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable atmosphere and great natural light. The facilities were complete and easy to use, and there were so many thoughtful details. The value for money is absolutely fantastic, highly recommended!

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but Kuitun isn't that big, so most of the good spots for dining, entertainment, and shopping are within 3 km. The service at the front desk, in the rooms, at the restaurant, and in the lobby was all good. Plus, breakfast was included, and they even gave us an extra breakfast card for our additional person, free of charge. The hotel faces a park, and there's the Meimei Cinema right next door. Just one intersection down, there are plenty of dining options, and the hotel's own ground-floor restaurant is also a good choice. Usually, standard twin rooms in hotels come with 1.2-meter beds, but the one I booked had 1.35-meter beds.

I was initially happy because the room seemed spacious and the environment was nice. However, after using the hotel shampoo, it felt like my scalp was being pricked with needles – it hurt terribly! I quickly washed it off, but it didn't help. I was supposed to use conditioner afterward, but that didn't work either. After washing my hair, I showed it to my daughter, who said my entire scalp was red. I didn't even think about taking pictures then; it was already past midnight, so I went to sleep. When I woke up the next day, my scalp was covered in yellow stuff, and I remembered I needed to take pictures. Part of my scalp was still red and swollen. Although the manager apologized and bought me some snacks, this was the first time I'd experienced something like this, and I'll never use hotel toiletries again. Someone must have tampered with my shampoo bottle; what I squeezed out wasn't white, but the bottle was full of white stuff. My good mood for the trip was completely ruined.

The room was very spacious, and the upgrade to a suite was the biggest surprise of our trip! Thank you! The room was clean and hygienic, and the hotel staff were very welcoming!

We drove down from Duku Highway, and because the journey was long and tiring, we arrived quite late and were really looking for a comfortable room. The hotel didn't disappoint. The room was spacious, and the staff were very welcoming. Since we were tired and arrived late, we ordered dinner at the hotel. The dishes we ordered were delicious and satisfying. There's a pleasant park right outside the hotel.
