Perfect location for kumamoto food market trip. Kumamoto castle was within walking distance and was able to see through the room window. I enjoyed the small but nice onsens the most.

The location is good. There is a convenient store on the ground floor. The facilities are great too with a public bathroom locating on the top floor.

A lovely hotel to stay in close to Kumamoto Castle. The rooms are nice and clean with friendly staff who are very helpful. Bath areas on the 12th floor are also quite nice and have a range of offerings inside. Breakfast was included with the price we paid, however, all the food was a little tasteless, if paying for breakfast, it is easy to go downstairs and get something but I’d probably go somewhere else if paying.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the castle tower, Kumamoto Minister's Office, and Suizenji Temple, all within walking distance. The hotel is small and easy to miss, and the front desk is on the 3rd floor. The room is separated into dry and wet areas, which is great! There is also a public hot spring.
