Booked 2 rooms for 1 night, with breakfast included. The staff were friendly with nice service. Check in and check out process were quick with no problem. They don’t have a car park but I did find a parking instruction from someone else’s comment. You can ask for the staff for a parking coupon for cheaper price. Overall, this is a hotel that I’d recommend.

The location is very good, you can get anything there, good food and shopping. Other than that, the room is very clean and the staff are super friendly. Will stay there again if I go to Kumamoto.

My family loved the hotel! It’s so well located. The public onsen felt clean and had everything you need, except it gets crowded so one may not feel so comfortable. They provide kids amenities. Only downside is there’s no free parking so you’ll have to pay for overnight parking nearby.

Very well located in Kumamoto. It closes to many attractions. Clean, excellent service and friendly staff.
