Superb location! The room and bathroom are massive—way bigger than your typical business hotel. Breakfast was solid, and I got a lucky room with a view of Kumamoto Castle! Just a heads-up though: if you’re driving, it’s a hassle. You have to park in a separate building a block away.

Excllent location near by the kumamoto castel , 5- 10 minutes by walking distance . Building next to the central terminal and main traffic road, quite noisy .

A very clean and seemingly brand new hotel right in the heart of Kumamoto, off the Main Street and walkable to Kumamoto Castle. Room and hotel amenities were basic but very nice, breakfast spread was exceptional!

The hotel is next to hanabatacho station, which is very convenient. However, the washing machine is very dirty, after we washed our clothes, it is extremely smelly. Do not use their washing machines, trust me:)

Good central location and close to Kumamoto castle and short tram ride away from Kumamoto train station. Clean and decent sized rooms considering Japan. Many eateries and restaurants within walking distance too. Nice gardens at Suizenji
