Good location, short walk to city center. Hip and minimalist hotel, creative. Rooms are small, but expected as it looked like it is a refurbished apartment block. No elevator to lobby, be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. Elevator to the rooms can fit 2 with luggage at best, or 4 adults without luggage. All in all, a good place for a quick rest.

The staff were super helpful; the receptionist advised me on the best way to get to mount Aso and provided a map as well. The location is slightly off from the main part of town, but I kinda like it since it’s kinda like an escape from the hustle and bustle. It’s perhaps a 8-10 minutes walk to Toricho-suji which is not bad at all. Made some instant noodles with what they provided and it was great!

The toilet was not working in the our room and when I told them about this they asked us to change the room but I paid extra money for that specific room because of the river view and the room they were asking us to move didn't have that view so we had to use always the toilet in the lobby. Other then this everything was good but due to this toilet issue I guess the money I paid was not worth it.

Nice, artistic, comfortable, convenient place to stay in Kumamoto. Enjoyed the free noodle, beverages and breakfast at the pantry. Love it and will stay again.

The price is reasonable, considering it's a 7-8 minute walk from the downtown area. The facilities aren't particularly beautiful, but they're relatively good, and are perfect for people looking for a reasonably clean hotel at a reasonable price. There's no TV, but in this internet age, guests are welcome to use the Wi-Fi. While they've cut costs, they offer free services like instant ramen and coffee in the hall next to the lobby. The lobby floor has a stylish atmosphere. I think the distance to the downtown area is acceptable. Considering the cost performance, I recommend it.

A very cost-effective hotel, better than expected. It's a pity that I threw away the medicine I forgot in the hotel. I had just left for a day.

The hotel is very conveniently located to Shimodori and Tsuruya, and is a quiet place. The environment is clean and comfortable. If I travel to Kumamoto again in the future, I will definitely consider staying here first. 👍

The location of the hotel is a bit ambiguous, so accessibility is a bit lacking, but since there is a tram stop nearby, it is easy to get to tourist attractions by tram. The hotel facilities are excellent.

This hotel is the one I am more satisfied with this time. First of all, it is very clean, and then the lobby is very artistically decorated. It makes people feel good after looking at it. There are free cafebars for you to choose from.

When booking a hotel, you still have to read the one with the most reviews. I won’t stay there next time.
