I stayed for one night. The room was on the ocean side and the view was amazing. The female staff in charge of the breakfast buffet was very friendly. I would like to come again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed here without meals. I was planning to eat dinner outside, but there was a restaurant, so I used it. It was crowded because it was a three-day weekend, but they kindly said they would contact my room when a seat became available. The man at the restaurant was very kind, and the staff, who were foreigners, tried their best to help me. The room was renovated and very clean. The bath was a little small. There were a lot of children there because of training camps, but I think it's not a problem if you take a bath at a different time. It wasn't a hot spring, but overall I was very satisfied. Also, when I told the front desk that I wanted to check out early, they made the effort to be available even at an early hour and carefully explained the emergency exits. Everyone was very positive about their work, which was very good. I would like to use it again when I come here. Thank you very much.

I was surprised to see a hotel staff member looking like he was coming down with a cold and using a cooling sheet while serving customers, but other than that it was perfect!

The location is a bit remote, but there are quite a few rooms, and facing the sea, the view is simply first-class, and there is a large bathing area. The breakfast is very rich and tastes good.

Of course, the front desk staff were very polite and conscientious.

The location is close to many tourist attractions, convenient for travel. The receptionist is good. There is a public bath and you can soak in the onsen during the hours 16:30-24:00.

Although the facilities are a bit old, the attitude of the service staff and the sanitation are good, except that the air conditioner may need a deeper cleaning.

We stayed for multiple nights, but on the first night there was a small problem in the room, and when we reported it to the front desk, we were grateful for the prompt response. Breakfast was a buffet, but in the evening we ordered a variety of individual dishes, and it was nice to be able to eat local seafood in the (Today's Recommendation) menu. In particular, the (Boiled Tokobushi), (Deep-fried Gas Shrimp), and (Local Fish Sashimi) were delicious.

The hotel is close to Odomari Station, a 15-minute walk away. It is also close to Matsumoto Pass and the entrance to the ghost town, making it very convenient for hikers. The hotel is a bit old, but the facilities are good, the hygiene is up to standard, and the service is friendly. The surrounding shopping and dining places are a bit far away, and you need to go through the tunnel to the shopping street, but there is a restaurant on the first floor with a very good value for money. There are not many hotels to choose from when visiting Kumano City, and this one is more recommended.
