Unbelievable atmosphere & ambience. Excellent service

The front desk, accommodation, and restaurant buildings are a little far apart, but there is a small bus that travels around the premises, so it is convenient. We stayed on the second floor of Seiryuan, which was spacious enough for three people. However, if you stay with four people, there is only one sink, so it may be a little inconvenient to wash in the morning?! We chose the half buffet for both breakfast and dinner, but if you stay multiple nights, the main dish (steak) is the same, so I thought it would be better to change the meal plan. One of the events offered by this inn was the Matsumoto Pass hike, so we participated. It was a two-hour half-day tour in the morning, and the walking time was two hours, but since you could listen to the guide's talk, it was a course that anyone could take part in, as you could walk at a leisurely pace. The staff were always smiling and very helpful. My friend who went with me seemed to like the fact that it was an all-inclusive inn and had all-you-can-drink alcohol. Thank you for your hospitality!

Family, this hotel is amazing. With dinner included, we thought it would be a buffet, right? The result is a Michelin-level banquet. I'm convinced! The drinks in the lounge are free and you can drink till you get drunk! It's a shame for me as a non-drinker. The stuff in the store is also good. I bought a Ghost Castle commemorative T-shirt. The cotton quality is super good and not expensive. PS There is a Chinese girl at the front desk, Miss Liu, who is mainly responsible for reception in English, because everyone in Japan understands English. When I arrived, she saw that our surnames should be Chinese, so she was specially on duty to wait for us. Chinese came into use🤣A very cute young lady with bright eyes. The shuttle can pick up and drop off at Kumanoshi train station.

俱樂部服務超級好，有個會中文的前台小姐姐，對我們無微不至，從住酒店期間幫我們安排接接送送的車到規劃出發的行程，還好有她！很周到 這裏最棒的就是夠安靜，俱樂部裏沒啥娛樂活動，飯前看晚霞飯後看星星，每頓飯裏噸噸噸，睡前再泡個温泉

和洋室房間，非常方便一家老小出行。酒店除了位置稍偏以外，包括房間環境、酒店園區及周圍的環境都非常棒！酒店有免費下午茶，晚上還有免費的酒吧，晚餐也是二十幾種酒可以隨意暢飲！性價比超高，建議二刷！

餐廳服務和出品都不錯

A couple in their 70s stayed at the Seiryu to celebrate a birthday. They were guided to the restaurant "Kokuu" for dinner, and ate while looking at the garden. The atmosphere was good and we were excited, but the banquet meal was served starting with the appetizer, so we ordered a beer first. We finished our drink before the next meal was served, so we called out to the waiter to order a drink, but there was no response. We got up from our seats and went to the entrance where the waiter was to order a drink. When the next meal was served, we asked the waiter if there was a "call bell" and he said there wasn't. We also ordered a drink while waiting for the next meal and called out to the waiter, but there was no response, so we got up from our seats again and went to call the waiter. Then the waiter was playing with another customer's child. This action (going to call the waiter) was repeated three times after that. There must have been several other groups of customers. Can we only order when the meal is being served? The meat was not cooked well, so we asked to call the head chef, but he replied that the head chef had already left. It's still around 8 o'clock. I was annoyed. I had high expectations because other reviews had good reviews. But the price is quite high. The bath is a long walk from the room, and the water is not hot spring water. It was a complete disappointment, and on the way back, the contracted clerk at the front desk gave me a box of sweets as an apology.
