Hotel Garden Hills

I was concerned about stains on the bedding. The owner spoke to me in a casual manner, calling me names. He also spoke to me in a casual manner on the phone. I can't recommend this place.

The owner is friendly, and the rooms are clean and nice. The building has two floors, but there's no elevator, so please keep that in mind.

This hotel is close to the ferry terminal on Kumejima. I stayed here on a recommendation from a business partner. The building is old and the interior, especially the bathroom, is showing signs of wear. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The owner is a really nice person, so I personally grew to love this hotel. It seems that Tatsuo Umemiya used to stay here regularly when he came to fish for tuna.

I think everyone probably agrees, but the cleaning is not thorough. The building is old. The boss is a one-man boss who doesn't care about the customers and even handles the front desk. It's obviously cheaper than other hotels. It's good for those who just want a cheap place. The room is spacious, but there was no electrical outlet 😅 Breakfast was delicious

船乗りばからは歩いて5分くらいで着くことができました。ホテルの前にバス停があるので空港から来ても、バスを使えば簡単に行くことができます。 清潔面は、他の人の口コミ通りで髪の毛がお風呂場に落ちていたり、小さい虫がいたりしました。コンバットがたくさん置いてあったので、それなりに対応をしてくれているんだなあと思いました！私の部屋にはGは出なかったです🙌 フロントのおじさんは優しくて、チェックアウトをした後にはての浜に行き、豪雨でびしょ濡れになると予備の部屋があるからと言って休憩させてくれました！ 洗濯機と乾燥機が2つずつありましたが、左側の乾燥機は一つ壊れていて使い物になりませんでした。

値段が安いので仕方ないといえばそれまでだが、敢えてコメントする。 ・真夏なのに、廊下はエアコンが切られていて、暑くて堪らなかった。部屋に入ってエアコン全開にしたが、しばらく汗が止まらなかった。 ・エアコン設置箇所付近の天井にカビが生えていた。部屋に入っていきなり目に飛び込んできたので、気持ちが萎えた。 ・給湯ポットの水が入れっぱなしになっており、中は湯垢だらけだった。3回ほどお湯を沸騰させて煮沸消毒した。もし、宿泊する人は、ポット洗浄剤を持参したほうがよい。 ・チェックイン後、夜になって気付いたが、窓が10㎝ほど空いていた。カーテンに隠れて気付かなかった。そこから虫などが入っていたかも、と思うと…。 ・風呂場の電気が薄暗く、鏡も水垢？がびっしり。お湯もぬるま湯程度。風呂場の清潔感は大事。 ・ホテルでの食事は、予約時に申し込まないと、後になってお金払っても食べられないので、要注意。 ・ロケーションは、ちょっとした繁華街？に近く、飲みに行くにはいい場所だった。 ・車で数分のところにファミリーマートあり。 ・目の前に給油所があり、レンタカーを借りる人は、返却の際にすぐ給油できるから、便利。 以上、全体的に清潔感にかけるのは、いくら値段が安いといえどマイナス。寝る場所が確保出来るだけでありがたい、と割り切れる人は選択の余地はあり。冷蔵庫もあり、エアコンもしっかり作動するので。アメニティも、必要なものは揃っている。
