1 günlük rezervasyon yaptım kapora istediler gönderdim. ertesi gün iptal etmek zorunda kaldım. arayıp rica etmeme rağmen milyonfest günlerinde arsuzdaki bütün oteller full çekerken ve adım atacak yer yokken paramı iade etmediler. sonraki rezervasyonda kullanabilirsiniz dediler. yani hem odayı başkasına kiraya verdiler hem de üstüne benim kaporamı cebe indirdiler. bu zihniyetle çalışan bir otel... rezervasyon sürecinde parayı görmeden adınızı dahi kayda almadıkları için dekont gönderdikten sonra tekrar günü vs sordular. Müzikten dolayı yüksek katta oda istedim mesaja cevap dahi vermediler. oda seçiminde size verilen bilgilerin doğruluğundan emin olun lakin hizmet odaklı değil para odaklı çalışıyorlar.

Personel oldukça güler yüzlü ve ilgili, akşamları kaliteli bir canlı müzik var, kahvaltı bol seçenekli ve lezzetli, odalar deniz manzaralı. Ulaşımı oldukça rahat ve denize çok yakın konumda. Her şey için çok teşekkürler. Ailecek tercih edilebilir bir otel.
