Dream World Resort

Honestly speaking the room still has a lot of space for improvement and solely for the room it doesn't deserve that much money. The hot water is not stable with only two minutes hot water, no hair dryer, no WiFi. several ants in the room. And the road to the hotel is terrible. If you don't have a car it's difficult for you to get to there cuz grab is not available there. HOWEVER! The view is definitely best! The position is so nice! The service is really nice. If you're for the view then that's a good choice. It's near to the Desa Dairy Farm. Btw, the restaurant is a bit expensive but you have no choice cuz there's no grocery store, no other restaurants nearby. But the food is nice.

The road is very bad on the way to the hotel. Almost turned back and stayed at another hotel. Wifi service is not available in the room and feel very disappointed. The staff at the registration desk and the room service staff were excellent. The problem of water heater and the light not turning on in the bathroom was dealt with promptly. thanks for the urgent action. The beautiful view is very pleasant and if I want to stay here again, I want the same room. Service for room needs are also resolved immediately such as a perfect extra bed

television available but no service..also no bidet.. better book on web than using apps..more cheaper..

The ONLY thing good is the view. The location is highly inconvenient as there isn’t any convenient stores nearby. You need transport. There is no air conditioning and the water heater is a bit unstable. The meals at the restaurant aren’t great. The hotel staff are not very conversant in English, but they do try their best. Walking up and down the slope of this resort is tiring.

The resort was on high ground and thus have a wonderful / fantastic view of Kundasang valley. The resort is a bit old. There was no free Internet in the room. The small 24 inc TV in the room was not working. No hair dryer and air con. There is 1 standing fan. I am ok with all Cleanliness was good.

A bit far from eateries but resort has its own cafe and not bad. The access road is not well maintained. However, the view from the compound is spectacular and the resort is located at the higher level compared to the others.
