Request change in room to the cabin. Door n latch faulty. Original room near the forest…too eeiry…hahaha

I gave the room 3 stars because we booked a cabin twin and noticed a strange smell, possibly due to the room being too humid. It would be great if a dehumidifier could be added to improve the air quality. The room was okay overall. It would be more comfortable if there was a small coffee table and some chairs for guests to sit outside the cabin and enjoy a hot drink, especially in cold weather. The restaurant managed by the same team serves tasty food with generous portions at affordable prices—highly recommended. The room includes free breakfast, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and hardworking. They made sure the breakfast and hot water were always available for guests. Last but not least, you can see Mount Kinabalu in the early morning. The view is truly stunning and a great way to start the day.

Top notch staycation and the rate is within reasonable price

The mount KK view from the hotel is stunning, and I love the hot shower especially after a long drive. The hotel is located within the golf course, a bit difficult to locate when it's dark

The hotel room near Kundasang was spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The condition of the room was great, offering cozy furnishings and a relaxing atmosphere. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, especially the dinner options, which were delicious and well-prepared. However, the cleanliness of the room left room for improvement, as there were quite a few bugs that disrupted the overall experience. Another issue arose during my shower when the hot water suddenly stopped. Thankfully, it happened just as I was nearly done, so it didn’t cause too much inconvenience.

Location is abit far from Kundasang town, but it have very good view to Mt.Kinabalu.

Nice cozy hotel located 20 mins away from kundasang town. Next to Kinabalu golf course. Friendly staff and great environment.

Quiet, cozy, nice view. If you don't appreciate the peace and nature, look somewhere else.

Got the new room and the view was the best! Direct to mountain! The food also nice. Just dont have chairs to sit inside the room.

Good place and environment for a relaxing family vacation.

1- The water heater inside the room is not hot. 2- The choices for breakfast not so much. These feedback as mentioned, I hope will have improvement during my next visit. The rest I am still satisfied with. Thank you.
