He carried multiple bags by himself and whenever he saw us looking confused or having any issues, he immediately came over to help. Whether it was storing our shopping bags, calling a car, or delivering items, he handled everything for us by himself. Every time we walked past him, he would smile and greet us. If I visit Kunming again in the future, I will definitely stay here again because of him. Traveling with a child, I specifically searched for hotels near the airport on Ctrip to avoid an early morning rush for our flight. After comparing a few, I chose this garden hotel. It's actually very close by subway; it only took about 20 minutes on Line 6 to reach the bus stop. The hotel is very new and beautifully decorated. Despite being newly renovated, there was no unpleasant smell at all. We booked a king-size room with a view, and it was very comfortable for our family of three. The absolute highlight is the hotel's large garden, which even has a children's slide, a big lawn, and a small lake. There are also chairs nearby for adults to relax while the kids play. It's highly recommended, and we'll definitely come back next time.

Traveling with my elderly parents, this stay was truly exceptional! We had an early morning flight, so we were quite tired by the time we arrived at the hotel around 10 AM. I wasn't expecting much, but the front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful. Seeing we had seniors with us, she not only quickly arranged an early check-in but also upgraded our room type. It was such a heartwarming gesture! As soon as we entered the room, my mom couldn't stop praising it, saying the facilities were complete and very convenient to use. The hotel's location is also excellent, with its own parking, which is great for those driving. It's just a short cab ride to Cuihu Lake and the train station. Although there are many phone shops nearby, it's actually very quiet when you're staying there, and ordering takeout is convenient. The only minor drawback was that the central air conditioning vent wasn't perfect. Overall, this stay was very satisfying in all aspects. The breakfast restaurant had a nice ambiance and a good variety of choices, though the signage could be clearer. When traveling, as long as my parents are happy, we are relieved. My mom said she'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit!

His warm smiles throughout the entire process instantly dispelled my travel fatigue. Perfect service! The overall hotel environment exceeded my expectations. The facilities and equipment were visibly new. From the bedding to the bathroom and public areas, there was no sign of age or age, making it incredibly reassuring. Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable. The tables, carpets, and bathroom corners were spotless, and even the sink had no water stains. It was a comfortable and reassuring stay. I'll definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!
