The reason for choosing this place is that it is really close to the Dianchi Lake-Haigeng Dam. It is as convenient as walking downstairs to the park at home for 3 minutes. I wanted to see the seagulls, but I learned that the seagulls had already flown away in April, so I had less regret. A lot of green plants and succulents are planted in the hotel. The weather in Kunming has a large temperature difference. It is really hot during the day and cool at night. I lived in a double-bed room on the second floor. Since April is a little boring in summer, it may also be related to the dry climate. I am used to the temperature of air-conditioning, so it is difficult to fall asleep on both nights. It is more comfortable to change to a courtyard cabin on the third night. (The most important thing is air-conditioning) The disadvantage is that the aunt of a group of tourist groups speaks very loudly, and it feels like speaking in your ears. The wooden board is not soundproof. Generally speaking, this homestay is recommended to stay. It is very close to the scenic spots of Dianchi Lake-Ethnic Village-Xishan, and the owner is also very enthusiastic. (Oh~ by the way, there are parking spaces, check-in is free, and the hotel has parking cards).

老闆在民宿院子裏種了花和多肉，院子還有小茶几，環境詩情畫意的很喜歡，房間有特色且乾淨，被子鬆軟睡覺超舒心，連上樓的木樓梯都擦的亮亮的，老闆服務態度也好，還提醒出門擦好防曬，是這次出來旅行，最滿意的住宿，要不是趕下趟行程，都想再續住一晚呢

別墅區裏面的民宿，環境安靜，院子里老板種的多肉乖得很，可以在院子裏坐坐。 我們訂的雙床，2張標準1.5的床，乾淨、舒服 離滇池喂海鷗的地方很近，走路3分鐘👍🏻離地鐵5號線大壩站走路10+分鐘，附近逛逛的可以選擇小區門外的共享單車或電瓶車。 老闆推薦去1930公園吃«上坐»雲南米線，味道👍🏻👍🏻，在商業區的2樓，就是排隊比較久😌

家人出遊，離滇池很近，位置便利，衞生乾淨，很滿意！ 小院裏的大玫瑰、小區裏的三角梅。

為了去海埂大壩看海鷗，就定了這家民宿，選了小木屋入住，房間不大，衞生很乾凈，老闆娘人非常好，離海埂大壩很近，走路幾分鐘。
