The hotel's sleek modern design exuded a fresh charm, complemented by the clean, smart room and comfortable beds. We appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of children's toiletries and slippers, although encountered a minor issue with the hot water facet in the kids' sink. Despite our late arrival, we were warmly welcomed with signature Yunnan flower pastries. The provision of unlimited bottled water and a complimentary self-service laundry room added to the convenience. Situated just moments from the picturesque Green Lake and close to Old Street and other attractions, the location was ideal. A 30-minute cab ride brought us to the scenic Dian Lake Haigeng Park. While the buffet breakfast was only okay, it was the incredibly friendly lady bartender who truly stood out, treating us to delicious cocktails in the evening. The rooftop pool offered breathtaking views, albeit accompanied by brisk winds and cool water. I was a bit surprised to hear that we needed to pay additional when I requested for a one hour extension for check out. Typically, you’d either say “yes” if you the room isn’t booked for the next guests or “no” if it is booked. Overall, our stay was highly enjoyable.

Love the location, walking distance to the Green Lake. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and facilities are complete… everything you have expected is provided for. Breakfast is a buffet mix of Western and Chinese, a great change for us after having rice noodles and steamed buns every morning. The complimentary flower cake, served warm, was excellent. Very nice view from the rooftop.

Very good experience in Kunming. Hotel location is every good. Nice and thoughtful design of room. Free bottle water and some snacks in the room. Enthusiastic and helpful staffs. We checked in in Christmas 's eve and has given a cute gift which is an apple in a nice small bag.

Service is so great, the room is small but clean, the view is good, the address is near cuihu, highly recommend this hotel

Hotel is newish and clean. Abit on the smaller size but is in a good location.

The check in was nice and smooth, and the staff, especially 小石 was really helpful. We even got a free upgrade to our room with an amazing view outside. Our stay was nice and perfect, everything was beyond our expectations. We definitely will book into the same hotel again if we are in town in the future. Thanks for a job well done!

Hotel location is good, easy to call cab, a 5min walk to 翠湖园. Room has dyson hair dryer. Service is top notch. Only feedback: (1) shower gel is too soapy/moisturising - please consider changing (2) breakfast starts too late at 7:30am - I cant have my breakfast as need to leave hotel to my day tour gathering place at 7:30am.

This hotel is excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious with all the amenities we needed. Very clean, very modern. A great breakfast and a 10 minute walk to the nearest subway station, Green Lake and 20 minute walk to the Yuantong Temple. Highly recommended.

The hotel has been great. the location is very convenient, near Cui Lake and several cafes and restaurants. The room is spacious and very clean. I wish the gym had some mats for yoga and exercising on top of the machines and weights. There is an amazing outdoor swimming pool, too bad it is not warm enough to try it! I would def recommend it!
