best customer service. i complained about the bed springs which i felt are broken and are hurting my back but i do not want to change rooms as all my stuff are already unpacked. Staff got together and changed a better mattress. That was splendid service. Since their breakfast is at 7.30am and i had to checkout at 7.30am they packed bread eggs and milk for us at 7am. However it would be good if they follow standard breakfast time of 7am instead of 7am. Location is just 2min walk from exit A of Jiaosanqiao metro station which has an elevator. Lots of dining options nearby. There is a fresh fruit market and bao shop 2 min walk away and 2 bakeries across the road. Didi can stop right in front of hotel. eventhough room is facing street it is quiet and can sleep well as it is double glazed windows Cons.1. There is a washer but no dryer so it is quite pointless as your clothes are not dried for wearing. There are steps about 4 from elevator to corridor of your room. 2. Breakfast is at 7.30 and not 7.00am. Limited choice.

The hotel is generally clean. Good customer service, the front desk is always helpful with any request. Good value too. If the hotel can keep the smoking smell off the room will be really great, even better with a non-smoking room.
