Kunming Changshui International Airport Shop

Our group of eight traveled around Yunnan for 12 days, and Citymark Hotel (Kunming Changshui Airport) was by far everyone's favorite. The service was exceptional; as soon as we walked in, the front desk greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel right at home. The rooms were incredibly clean and featured smart services. All the slippers and towels were sterilized and sealed, and the sheets and duvet covers were impeccably clean, even better than at home. They also offered free shuttle service, and the breakfast spread was varied, nutritious, and delicious. It was a stark contrast to the cold attitude we experienced from staff at other hotels earlier in our trip. Everyone agreed that on our next visit to Kunming, Yunnan, we'll definitely stay at Citymark Hotel again and recommend it to our friends and family.

Booked this last minute, and I'm so surprised such a great hotel was available at this price. Downstairs there are all sorts of restaurants and even a fruit shop. The hotel breakfast was pretty good too.

The cleanliness was top-notch, and having a smart assistant to control the room was a nice touch. Overall, a perfect experience.

The airport shuttle service was very convenient. I accidentally booked the wrong room type, but the front desk staff immediately helped me switch to the correct one and were very attentive during check-in. The room was very clean. The chicken soup rice noodles for breakfast are highly recommended!
