Incredible service from the staff, they will promptly so their best to help you with your problems. After my friend and I split on our trip, I moved from the loft to the queen bed room, and it still had the same great amenities such as a stove top and washer dryer, and hotel provides a packet of laundry detergent. The thing to note about the drying function, if you plan to wash your, clothes, is that it takes 3 hours and you can't adjust the time. It's also very hot, so the machine door gets safety sealed and I had a hard time opening it. I called front desk and the staff kindly came upstairs and helped me open it. The room is clean and the hairdryer is Dyson.

The stay was extremely pleasant! Location wise, amenities wise, all up to par and no unpleasant surprises. Had to catch a late flight and was allowed to checkout really late. The team was nice and super helpful!

Very basic apartment. Loft style. Clean, but the main door is having creepy sound every time open and close . There is washer cum dryers in the apartments, is good for traveller who need to do laundry. No utensil in the kitchen. Location quite OK, about 100M, to MRT line 5 Fuhai station.

Lovely apartment hotel Novotel living, just beside Novotel hotel. Nice and clean. And good space for the family. There is a washing machine / drywr in the apartment and also a nice gym and indoor heated swimming pool on level 20. Happy with the stay. Highly recommended.

This was our second time staying at this hotel during our trip, and it was just as wonderful as the first! We decided to return after exploring other parts of the area because of the exceptional experience we had during our initial stay. The staff welcomed us back warmly, making us feel right at home. Their helpfulness and friendly attitude remained consistent, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The cleanliness of the hotel continues to impress us—everything is spotless and well-maintained, which really adds to the overall comfort. We’re so glad we returned and will definitely choose this hotel again for future trips!

May I highlight to potential customers that Novotel Living is not the same as Novotel Kunming City Centre even though both are located next to each other within the same compound. Novotel Living is like a home residence that comes with a mini kitchen, washing machine and even a humidifier. I must compliment their customer service staff (both Ms Fu and Ms Yang) for being professional and could attend to all my needs. Particularly Ms Fu who went an extra mile to delight my customer experience when assisting me to get a cab to a tourist attraction. Perhaps the only constructive feedback to give Novotel Living is there is certain odour found in their bathroom that can be very unpleasant to some customers. The unpleasant smell usually comes from the water pipes or sewage pipes. Other than that, Novotel Living is a value-for-money for all travellers.

Great experience.. good location nearby to Futian MRT. A lot of shop lots and shopping malls nearby within walking distance. Very clean hotel and there is a 2 in 1 washing machine and dryer inside the room too, you can request detergent and wash your clothes as your wish. The breakfast place is very nice and cozy too, the ambient is nice and the food is tasty. The front concierge is very friendly and helpful too. Well recommended and will come again

Great stay, our little flat had a washing machine for laundry and the bed was comfy. Didn't try the second smaller bed downstairs but looked nice too. Good bathrooms.

I had a wonderful stay here! The hospitality was exceptional, and I was delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, and the room was generously spacious. Additionally, they offer complimentary Chinese ceremonial tea, which is a delightful and refreshing way to start the morning and unwind in the evening. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

Very good location to travel and transport, Very nice staff and good service, the room is clean, new, spacious and livable. Facilities is perfect. Next time we will select this hotel again, absolutely perfect.

Fantastic location just across from the mall, very helpful staff ready to assist! As a foreigner in China they really went a long way helping me navigate my way through the city. Booked the 2br loft, fantastic Floorplan love the vibes, it even had a washer and dryer. Definitely will be back!
