Meiyue Hotel (Kunming Old Street & Cuihu Park Branch)

Hotel at a very good location that is near to foods and pedestrian streets around, very easy to go around, with a few MRT stations nearby too. Bed in room is very comfortable too. Highly recommended

The hotel is very close to Kunming Old Town, just a few minutes walk away. Car access is easy, only a 2-minute walk to the car stop. The hotel has all the necessary amenities; the shower gel and shampoo are excellent and have a lovely rose scent. The reception staff are very friendly. The hotel is in a building with four other hotels. There's only one elevator, which is a bit worrying in case of a fire. :) That's the only negative point to the hotel.

The room & hotel were exactly as advertised. We chose it based off the excellent location, right next to the pedestrian old town area and two metro stations. The room itself was spacious enough for two people with luggage, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean & tidy. The bathroom had good water pressure, we weren't disturbed by any noises, and there was a free washing machine and drying machine available on the 8th floor (but don't try accessing it via the elevator). Considering the price we paid, we were very satisfied. Lastly, the receptionists were very helpful in accepting Taobao deliveries that we had been ordering sent to the hotel a few days prior to our arrival.

Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! The staff was very nice to keep our luggage so that we can stroll around the town🩷🩷🩷
