The room was quite clean and had no strange odors. The hotel's location was decent, making it easy to get around. The front desk attendant was very patient and helpful during check-in, and her attitude was excellent. When I asked for two bottles of water, they were delivered immediately. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I don't understand how they rated it four stars! The room cost nearly 400 yuan, the front desk staff acted like they hadn't been trained, and they were impatient with my questions.
