Kunming Flower Stay. Beautiful Stay (Qicai Branch near Xin Ying Campus of University of Technology)

The hygiene is excellent; the sink was sparkling clean, and even the underside of the toilet seat was spotless. The bedding smelled like disinfectant, clearly sanitized. The floors were also gleaming. There's no air conditioning, but they provide an electric heater and an electric blanket. The owner has many cats, which shows they're a very caring person. If you're sleepy, you can ask the owner for some of their homemade coffee.

Really liked this guesthouse! It's fully equipped with a washing machine, fridge, and air conditioning. The location is convenient for getting around, the environment is lovely, and it's very clean. The host was great to communicate with and provided excellent service. Highly recommend! 🌹🌹

The room really exceeded my expectations! The small balcony was especially spacious, and the cleanliness was top-notch. There's a shopping mall right downstairs, and it's close to the subway station, making dining and getting around super convenient. Highly recommend!

This was a last-minute booking, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and tidy overall, with no overly fancy decor, which made it feel very comfortable. The mattress was just right—neither too soft nor too firm. There's also a desk in the room, which was perfect for luggage, a laptop, and other bits and bobs, making it very convenient for business travelers. The lighting was warm, not harsh at night, creating a relaxing atmosphere in the room. The washroom was also very clean, making me feel at ease using it. For this price point, having such an environment and comfort level is truly fantastic. If I'm ever in this area again, I'll definitely consider staying here first.
