Ibis Hotel Kunming Changshui International Airport Terminal 1

I chose Ibis for my last night because I had an early morning flight, and it genuinely surprised me! The room was spacious and clean, with great amenities. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They even prepared a simple breakfast for me early in the morning, and the airport shuttle was very comfortable.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I loved the scent of the shower gel, and the large bed had a very comfortable mattress. The service was excellent, and the 24-hour airport shuttle was super convenient, especially since the hotel is only about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, and ordering takeout was also very easy, with little robots even delivering it to the room. I was completely satisfied with everything!

The environment is great, and the room is spacious, bright, and very clean. The hotel service is also excellent, with smiling staff. Even takeout orders are delivered by robots! Plus, the hotel offers a very convenient airport shuttle service.

Everything was great, and they even offer airport transfers. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The hotel staff at the front desk were incredibly patient and thoughtful. When issues arose, they didn't try to pass the buck but actively worked to resolve them. There's a shuttle service to and from the airport, and you don't have to wait long for the minivan. The location is less than a 15-minute drive from the airport, and there are plenty of dining options right downstairs. The self-service laundry and breakfast were also great. The unexpected issue this time was that the bedsheets clearly hadn't been changed; there were a lot of strangers' hairs, and a used chopstick wrapper was next to the trash can. The towels in the bathroom were also damp. I only discovered this when I pulled back the covers before going to sleep. I contacted the front desk just before 10 PM, and they came to resolve it immediately. They didn't try to avoid responsibility at all; they helped me switch rooms and even gave me some flower cakes as an apology when I left. From now on, I'll definitely check the room's cleanliness before settling into any hotel.

This hotel is pretty good! Even though it's close to the airport, the noise is barely noticeable once the windows are closed. The front desk staff, both the guys and the ladies, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We had an early flight at 7 AM, and the shuttle was right on time at 5 AM. They even thoughtfully provided a simple breakfast with eggs, soy milk, and mini buns, which tasted quite good. There's also a Yunnan-themed restaurant nearby with song and dance performances. It was a great experience, and the performers were all beautiful!
