Free pick up & drop off to the airport. The room amenities was good. I chose this hotel because i only need to sleep for a couple of hours before boarding CR to lijiang
I was having issue with my alipay & cant proceed to book a didi. The hotel staff helped to book a didi to kunming railway & i paid him via touch n go. I will never forget his kindness. I will stay in this hotel again when i come to kunming

At the first,we had a small problem ,due to our first experience at china wit early morning ,but after discuss wit staff,all problem is resolved. Staff is verry helpfull,friendly,the place really make me and my family feels like a home🥹❤️❤️ They upgrade our room for free! My kids really happy ,the room is complete,clean, and most important is beautiful! Surely next time we will stay here again just for relax and rest 😭 thank you staff for this kinda moment! I really miss this hotel already.. again,thankyou for your effort,service and warmly welcoming us! ❤️

Pleasant stay and cost effective. Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel picked us up from the airport at 2am. There is a restaurant next door where we can grab breakfast. The hotel sent us to the airport the next day.

Loved the whole experience of staying here. Hosts are friendly and they are very accommodating to our needs. Most importantly their cooking is by far the best dishes we’ve tried amongst all the meals throughout our trip. They also provide free station pickup service from airport to the hotel. Would recommend to friends and family ☺️

The hotel looks new and very clean. The bathroom is very clean and what I especially like is the soap that smells so nice. The staffs are friendly and highly responsive with the requests. The free airport pick up and drop off are very convenient to reach the hotel or to reach the airport and/or railway station to get into the city.
The hotel has instant noodles available for purchase with hot water for a quick meal since we were leaving before the time that restaurant open. Staff also made us some tea as included in the booking before our leave (even it was early than specified time).
The hotel still provide excellence service after check-out.

Great place with free transport from airport. Very friendly people and even took us to the bus station and checked for us if tickets are available. We managed to get there on time. Great place and beautiful surroundings.
