Dianchi Yishe Homestay (Haigeng Dam Branch of Dianchi Lake)

It's quite close to Dianchi Lake, located in a small alley next to a school. It can be a bit noisy due to shouts. There are many rooms in the courtyard. The service is generally good. Food delivery can be brought right to your room door.

The room was clean and tidy, and sunshine streamed in through the window. The staff were incredibly warm and patient. It's very close to Haigeng Dam, just a few minutes away. The location is very close to the Haigeng Dam, just a few minutes' walk away. The facilities are relatively new, the hygiene is good, the shower water is hot and plentiful, and the bedding is comfortable and clean.

The hotel is located in the villa area of ​​Hongta Sports Base. The environment is excellent, and the hotel facilities are complete, clean, and hygienic. The hot water is particularly good, with high temperature and strong flow. The owner and service staff are very friendly. The hotel is very close to Haigeng Dam, with free and convenient parking, making it an ideal accommodation for a self-driving tour to see the seagulls.

The most livable area in Kunming is near Dianchi Lake, and the hotel is only 200 meters from the lake, just a few minutes' walk away. The villa complex along Dianchi Lake is beautiful, and the hotel is actually one of its smaller villas. The environment is lovely and very quiet, yet the price is very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The food street in the Dianchi Haigeng Scenic Area is just a few hundred meters from the hotel, operating until late at night, perfect for a relaxing nightlife. The hotel rooms are large, with high-end facilities and are very clean. As a senior citizen who frequently travels alone and has stayed in many hotels, this is the most pleasant one I've ever experienced.

Watching seagulls and touring Dianchi Lake, staying here is highly recommended. The location, cleanliness, service, and price are all excellent. It feels like a guesthouse, but it's also similar to a business hotel. We booked a room with a balcony offering a view. There was a table and four chairs on the balcony. There's a washing machine and laundry detergent on the first floor, so you can do your own laundry. The young staff were very friendly. When our room ran out of hairdryer, they immediately brought one for the neighboring room. Our friend who was picking us up arrived late, and since check-out was at 12 pm, we were allowed to stay an extra hour or so. It's a 5-minute walk to the Dianchi Lake viewing road, with a street full of snacks on the right, and the East Wharf and West Mountain Cableway on the left. The hotel's north gate leads directly to the Yunnan Ethnic Village. A very good stay, highly recommended!

I have to give this place a thumbs up! The owner was incredibly welcoming, and even though I'm a bit of a germaphobe, I was incredibly satisfied. The bedding was white and soft, the bathroom was dry and odorless, and even the corners were spotless. The large windows in the room were the perfect finishing touch. During the day, you could gaze at the lush greenery of the Western Hills, and in the evening, watch the sunset. Sitting by the window, you could enjoy a whole, relaxing afternoon. This is what a vacation should be like!
